Vidal & Sohn Tempo Werke, founded in 1924 by Oscar Vidal was a company based in Hamburg, Germany. The Co. produced small vehicles for the military as well as some iconic ones such as the Matador and Hanseat (these were also made in India at Pune).

Tempo vehicles were also re-badged as Hanomag, Rheinstahl-Hanomag, Hanomag-Henschel and Mercedes-Benz.
