Bijan Pakzad is a well known name in the fashion circuit. An Iranian by descent he has his own label of menswear and fragrances.
Somewhere in 2010 he got in to an understanding with Rolls-Royce to design a limited number of rare Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe’s that would be labelled as the ‘Bijan Edition’. Before he could finish making the car, he passed away in April 2011, from a heart attack, so Rolls-Royce decides to go ahead with his dream project.
Bijan Pakzad’s signature mark are present throughout the car with expensive wood veneer having diamonds embedded on the dashboard to expensive crystal glass sets. With a 6.5 litre V12 engine, this Rolls-Royce produced an additional 450 hp. With other custom made options given they retail between US$ 1 to 1.2 million (Rs. 6.5 to 10 crores).
