This bus model built by the bus-building firm Metro Cammell Weymann came up at a time, when people loved travelling across long distances by bus.
Launched in 1954, this NCY 626 bus model called (also known as Weymann Fanfare) evolved out an AEC made Reliance model and could seat 37-41 passengers depending upon the configuration the transport firm wanted.
This metal scale model bus rolled out in 1956 and was meant for daytime tours. Fifteen years later it was purchased by the South Wales Transport Preservation Group and today sits at the Swansea Bus Museum.
