Having the same design and shape as it’s predecessor, the Triumph Motor Co. TR5 had a 2.5 litre inline 6-cylinder engine and first rolled out of their Coventry factory, England, in 1967. Produced for just one year, this car was supposed to be the “first British production sports car with petrol injection.”
Nearly 3000 of these cars were produced, that was designed by well-known Giovanni Michelotti of Triumph Spitfire and Maserati 3500 GT fame.
