A mid-sized car, this car model goes by several names in different continents – Corona, Caldina, Corona Avensis. Launched first in 1997, the Toyota Avensis which was designed by the Toyota Studio in France, was made at the Toyota factory in the UK and was the successor to the earlier model called Toyota Carina.
This model was used as Taxis in the city of Eindhoven (Netherlands), a city more known for the headquarteres of global electronic appliances brand - Phillips.
