
The firm Schuco was coined from the name Spielzeugfirma Schreyer & Co., later improvised to Schreyer und Co. Though tinplate toys were being made from the 19th century it was Schuco that made these toys famous in the late 1910s. One of their most popular models was the Pick-Pick that sold nearly 2 crore pieces.
To commemorate the same after 100 years, Schuco launched this unique model of the famous red car (see last image). Only 500 of these were created for the ocassion. This model comes inside an expensive wooden box with each box individually numbered.
A highly desirable collectible that can also be used for gifting purpose.
