Serpukhovskiy Motozavod’s (SMZ) S-Three-A, was a Soviet microcar that was built for the differently-abled people and was distributed through their public distribution system. They were either given free or at heavy discounted prices based on the degree of disability.
Built between 1958 and 1970, this microcar weighed only 500 kg and was powered by a single cylinder 346 cc 2-stroke engine that could go up to 55 km/hr.
