The Serpukhovskiy Motozavod's (SMZ) S3A was a Soviet microcar designed specifically for people with disabilities and distributed through their public distribution system.They were distributed freely or at heavily discounted prices for less disabled people.
Built between 1958 and 1970, this microcar that weighed only 500 kg was powered by a single cylinder 346 cc 2-stroke engine and could go up to 55 km/hr.
