Using the chassis of a GAZ 14 (Tchaika), the Riga Automotive Factory or RAF (now in Latvia) built this unique hearse in 1983.
This model was specially built for Cuban leader Fidel Castro and was equipped with the best medical equipments. Considering Castro’s large size the car was modified and given a higher roof.
With a powerful V8 engine, this car was named as RAF 3920 and did not have any special exterior markings. Five of them in total were produced.
