
Founded in 1925 to manufacture motorcycles, Giovanni Moretti later switched over to making microcars such as the Moretti 600, Modetti TdM, etc.. using the same motorcycle engines
By 1950, he had created his own car engines which he built with the help of renowned coachbuilders like Michelotti and Zagato. One of his famous models was this Gran Sport model with a 750cc engine with a dual overhead cam. Designed by Michelotti, this car had ample space for luggage as well as a spare tyre.
