The Mini was a very small car that was produced by the British Motor Corporation (BMC) from 1959 - 2000. A decade later, after being introduced, a sporty version under the name "Clubman" was designed by Roy Haynes, who handled the design after British Leyland took over BMC. A variant with a 1275cc engine was then introduced and labelled the Mini 1275 GT.
