Created by late “Baby Benz” designer, Joseph Gallitzendörfer and his colleague Friedrich Geiger, the Mercedes-Benz R107 first rolled out in 1971. It was built on the chassis of a W114 model and it’s designed was practically unchanged for almost 18 years. ML 320 with a 3.2 litre engine is one of the variants of the R107 series.
The R107 or the SL series had another variant technically called C107 and known popularly as SLC.
