The Mercedes-Benz LP 608 trucks were first made in Belgium (1965) to cater to requirements for short-haul operations. The headlamps were housed within the radiator grille and the door situated behind the front axle. This allowed the driver to easily access his cabin several times.
Metzeler is a very popular brand of tyres in Germany for 2-wheelers. Founded in 1863, their factory was destroyed during World war II, but again revived before being finally taken by Pirelli in the year 1986.
