The Mercedes-Benz L 6600 was the largest truck that Mercedes-Benz ever built in the fifties. Production began in 1953 and ended after 10 years using the well known OM300 diesel engine.
This truck model was used to carry parts and bodies of the UNIMOG (another brand of Mercedes-Benz truck) between factories.
