This Leyland Mark 2 or the 'chicken bus' as it was known because of its soft suspension was used as public transportation bus first by the Kowloon Bus Co. in 1978 and later the China Bus Service whom purchased 127 buses between 1979-1982.
The bus had the chassis of a Victory model from Guy Motors and was fitted with a Leyland engine. In many ways it also resembles the design of a Dennis Jubilant bus.
