This was a car that was first tested in a wind tunnel in collaboration with the Polytechnic Institute of Turin, Italy. This car came out with an impressive 0.47 drag-coefficient which was a very good result considering those times.
Technically known as 238, the Lancia Aprilia was small yet cosy enough to seat five adults. By the time this model rolled out from the factory, Vincenzo Lancia, it’s founder already passed away.
