Hotchkiss from France was a well known model maker from the beginning of 20th century until 1969. Their last trucks were those that were for the military.
After the World War II ended, Hotchkiss decided to make a 2 ton truck that had a completely new chassis and new all-steel cabin. Powered by their proprietary PL50 4-cylinder engine these small-sized trucks were very useful for driving inside cities because of its small size and easy maneuverability.
