
As a replacement for the S600 model, the Honda S800 was introduced at the 1965 Tokyo Motor Show to compete against the likes of the FIAT 850 Spider, Triumph Spitfire, MG Midget, etc.
By 1967, this model was the fastest, 1-litre engine, production car in the world. The 791 cc engine car produced 70 hp and could do a 150 km/hr run.
