Sold as Honda Integra worldwide, Acura Integra in USA and as Rover 416i in Australia, this Honda made model first rolled out in 1986.
After nearly a decade a Type R was launched with strenthened chassis, weight reducing materials, etc. This immediately caught the attention of the public and was named as the “best front-wheel drive of all time”.
At the 2006 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC)^, the Honda Integra Type R car driven by British, Matthew Neal won the race.
