Built by Gordon Murray’s design studio the T25 is a car that is both modern and practical. Using the small 3-cylinder 660 cc engine of a Smart (a Mercedes-Benz owned brand) Gordon Murray demonstrated an entirely new way of producing cars (called iStream).
This car’s 1+2 (rear) seating layout was less than one fourth of the size of a large sedan car and yet could seat 3 adults comfortably. Folding back the individual seats at the rear, one could even load goods. Being symmetrical in design one had a panoramic view from both the sides.
To get in to the car, all you have to do is press the remote key and the front half of the car opens up, upwards. Weighing just 575 kg. this car can easily manoeuvre busy city streets. From the safety point of view and in car crash tests the T25 offered the same results as that of any B-segment level of safety.
