The Ford Ranchero was a pick-up model that was based on the 4-door American car model, the Ford Falcon, and was produced at the General Pacheco factory.
Two variants were produced, one with a payload capacity of 4.5 tons and the other with a capacity of 5.6 tons. First produced in 1973, the last third generation model rolled out in 1987. They were also exported to faraway Cuba.
These pick-up trucks were used by a bank called Banco de Olavarria in Buenos Aires. This scale model is a rendition of the same.
