Brainchild of Donald Frey a product manager at Ford, the Bronco was executed by an engineer called Paul Axelrad. Its purpose – to build a multi-purpose utility vehicle that can compete with small cars.
Though the Bronco has withstood five generation of design changes it consistently had 2 doors and a rear door through out these years since its inception in 1966.
