
First used during World War II, this Soviet-made 76 mm Anti-aircraft Gun was made by a firm named after Stalin i.e. Zavod Imeni Stalina or ZIS.
This gun was very popular not only among the Russian soldiers but also by the Germans, the main reason being her ability to be serviced easily, transported quickly and overall reliability. It could also be easily towed by trucks or any powerful jeep.
This gun proved so popular that it served many countries and saw action in the Korean war, Vietnam, Angola civil war, Afghanistan conflict and even during the current and ongoing civil war in Yemen (even after the passage of 70 years).
This metal model has been produced in the former Soviet Union (U.S.S.R).
