A lightweight truck having a 2.0 litre diesel engine, the FIAT 615 N was a model that did not have any competition in Italy for nearly 15 years. People preferred this small truck because of it's flexibility to be used for various purposes - cement bags, farmland produce, corrugated boxes, etc.
The model was also built under license, in erstwhile Yugoslavia.
This metal scale model is a rendition of the vehicle that was used to transport apples (a strain of golden coloured apples, called Renetta Canada that originated in France) and grown in the Aasota Valley (Trentino) at a place called Val di Non, in Italy.
