One of the stories from The Adventures of Tintin, Tintin in Tibet was released in September 1958. This book was got published in more than 12 languages and was also praised by the spiritual leader of Tibet, Dalai Lama.
Tintin is in search of his friend called Chang Chong-Chen who is reportedly killed in a plane crash, in the Himalayas. But Tintin is convinced that his friend survived the crash and in his hunt to locate him, Tintin along with his dog Snowy and his partner friend Captain Haddock begins his search that brings him to Delhi.
For nearly three hours he moves around the streets of Delhi and also travels in a Cadillac Fleetwood taxi. In search of his friend he almost misses his flight to Kathmandu but is able to board at the last minute.
