Hatsudoki Seizo Co. Ltd (original owner of brand Daihatsu) started producing basic 3-wheelers in thirties and by mid-fifties was making three-wheeled vehicles capable of carrying up to 2 tons.
The Daihatsu CM was one of the most popular 3 wheel mini pick-up trucks that used to transport men as well materials to work sites.
