The DKW RT 175 models were made by DKW (an Auto Union Co.) for 5 years starting from 1953. The models soon became popular because of its handling and efficiency. Poland's SHL borrowed designs and started making them at their Kielce factory.
Design elements of the RT 175 model was seen on SHL's M11 (also having a 175cc engine). The same design element can also be seen with our Rajdoot 175 (M11's that were manufactured under licence from SHL).
