Famed Italian automotive designer Flaminio Bertoni who had designed iconic cars such as Citroën 2CV, Citroën DS, Citroën Ami 6, etc. designed this truck.
With a payload capacity ranging from 3.5 to 8.5 tons, this Citroën 350 N (because of her 3.5 ton payload) truck was nicknamed Belphégor after the then popular French television series in which a phantom (ghost) resides inside the famous Louvre Musuem in Paris.
