Produced for the first time in 1938, the 15-Six model from Citroen was a 6-cylinder model that had a top speed of 130 km/hr. Dubbed as the “Queen of the road", this car model changed the process of making high-volume cars then. The car had a full-all-steel monocoque structure and was designed in such a way that took care of the air-flow generated while travelling at high speeds. Produced for the first time in 1938, this car model had a production run until 1956.
Anciens Etablissements Ansart & Teisseire or AEAT was already a well-known firm in France for converting Citroen’s 15-Six models into convertibles for the well-heeled. Another firm by the name of EDM or Etablissements Denis Michel, based in the city of Nice, France made convertible’s that were similar in A.E.A.T design.
