The SUV brand Suburban from Chevrolet has been there since 1934. For nearly 87 years this brand has existed and still continues to be produced.
The first generation evolved from a 1933 car model called Chevrolet Master. With a 3.4-litre engine, the Chevrolet Suburban was fitted on a 0.5 ton truck body and produced regularly since 1934. This van was specially developed for use by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) that was floated by President Roosevelt to provide trained civilian manpower to the US Forces.
This scale model is a replica of the 3rd generation model that first came out in 1937. In the beginning, the model was offered with a 3.5-litre Chevrolet straight-six engine “Stovebolt” and later with the more powerful 3.9-litre engine “Thriftmaster”.
