The production version of the 1952 ‘Golden Anniversary’ concept car, the Cadillac Eldorado, was a full-version luxury car that was personally designed by GM’s design boss, Harley Jarvis Earl.
Under the bonnet was a 5.4-litre V8 engine, and for speed, the driver had the option to use the 4-speed Hydra-Matic transmission. Produced for nearly 13 years, this scale model is a rendition of their fourth generation Eldorado that appeared in 1959.
With large and sharp-edged tail fins, it had a distinctive roofline and attractive taillamps.
