The Healey Sprite was created in 1958 as a sports car that could be affordable and a fun 2-seater. To keep costs low, parts of the Morris Minor and Austin A35 were used.
But the car became more famous for its headlight position that was mounted on top of the hood and was thus known as the Frog-eye.
