
A development between firms of two countries i.e. Aérospatiale (France) and the BAC or BAe (UK), the Concorde turbojet-powered supersonic plane that would travel at speeds of 2.04 or 2200 km/hr with 128 passengers, the first plane rolled out in 1969.
The last flight was in 2003 from New York’s JFK airport to London’s Heathrow.
